- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪They do not have good customer service. I have been cursed, yelled at, and hung up on the phone. When I've called to get a new quote the do not want the information on the vehicle, the just give me the price that would be added to my policy, I've since changed, also other companies beat there prices. The ONE PLUS is that if you have tons of tickets or that sort of thing and other insurance companies won't insure you or are too expensive they usually are the better company to go through, they have someone that insures people with those issues at a more reasonable priceDecember 06, 2016by Michelle Kimble
